A bachelor’s degree in social work, gerontology, sociology, psychology, or related field preferred; or 2-4 years of experience and/or training in community development, social services, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Position Summary: The Part-Time Resident Services Coordinator serves as a resource for PEP Housing residents: being creative, flexible, professional, maintaining objectivity, avoiding emotional dependence, maintaining confidentiality, recognizing and respecting individual differences.
