Supervises the proper cleaning and sanitation of all support equipment, dishes, utensils, dining room tables, chairs, countertops, and floors in warewash area according to established procedures. Maintains equipment and work area in a clean and sanitary manner, to include picking up, scraping, and washing soiled dishes, replenishing clean dishes, and removing trash.
