Preferred qualifications include:Previous Quality Control or Quality Assurance experience in industrial constructionExperience performing inspections and completing QC documentation in a field environmentAbility to interpret project specifications, drawings, work packages, procedures, and quality requirementsUnderstanding of inspection and documentation processesIndustrial coatings, painting, concrete restoration, or specialty construction experience is highly desirableFamiliarity with surface preparation and coating application processes is a plusExperience documenting and tracking deficiencies and corrective actionsFamiliarity with inspection/testing equipment and calibration requirementsStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and ExcelExcellent written communication and recordkeeping skillsAbility to communicate effectively with craft employees, supervision, management, customers, and inspectorsStrong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced project environmentComfortable working independently while also being part of a larger project teamAbility and willingness to work a combination of day and night shiftsCommitment to complying with all project safety, security, quality, and site-access requirementsIndustrial Coatings Experience Highly PreferredWHY F.D.
