Key Responsibilities • Assess, treat, and monitor patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions • Initiate and manage mechanical ventilation, including adjusting settings based on patient response • Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) sampling and interpret results to guide therapy • Administer aerosolized medications, oxygen therapy, and bronchopulmonary hygiene treatments • Assist with intubation, extubation, and airway management procedures • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and update respiratory care plans • Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions, medications, and home care techniques ✅ Requirements • Active OH RT license • RRT, BLS (AHA only), Ohio RCP license certifications • 1+ years of Respiratory Therapist experience • BLS certification required • ACLS certification required • PALS certification preferred Pay Pay range: $1,984 to $2,086 per week.
