The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in aircraft, automotive, collision, restoration, or comparable high-end refinishing and have the technical skills to independently manage complex bodywork, paint repairs, refinishing, and finishing tasks. 3+ years of professional painting and refinishing experience in aerospace, automotive, collision repair, restoration, or a comparable high-quality finishing environment (House painting experience will not be considered).
