Perform routine preventive maintenance on split systems, including coil cleaning, blower assembly servicing, condensate drain clearing, airflow balancing, filter management, and electrical component inspections (contactors, capacitors, relays, and control boards). You'll assist with preventative maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the property's facilities-helping to provide a safe, comfortable environment for our guests and team members.
