Serve as the primary technical resource to identify customer needs and develop tailored engineering solutions + Collaborate with Sales to communicate the value and technical advantages of Mott products to customers + Perform product sizing, component design, and system configuration for process filtration applications + Develop cost estimates and support pricing strategy through accurate component costing + Create technical documentation including specifications, calculations, and engineering drawings + Partner cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, and project teams to deliver customer solutions + Support project execution by completing engineering tasks within defined timelines . + Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related engineering discipline + 3+ years of experience in engineering or technical customer-facing role + Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, manufacturing, quality) + Strong understanding of component costing, BOMs, and material selection + Experience working in project team environments (project leadership preferred) + Strong written and verbal communication skills .
