Responsibilities: Conduct supervisory activities such as hiring staff, providing employee orientation, participate in interviewing and hiring associates along with implementing progressive counseling, training, creating work schedules, coaching or disciplinary action, and approving employee time sheets for department. Establishes and/or maintains positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, hospital personnel and other medical practitioners, community organizations and various agencies.
