Provides service to and interacts with the general public in professional and courteous manner, even during stressful and difficult situations; answers general questions pertaining to applications for various types of driver licenses and identification cards, questions pertaining to traffic laws, driver license, commercial driver license, and traffic laws, driver education, insurance requirements and organ donation. Researches and communicates information related to license and permit requirements to the general public, agency staff, law enforcement, courts, other states, and government and elected officials; answers questions and explains licensing and permit requirements; accurately interprets driving record data, and supplies information regarding license and permit processing, policies, and procedures.
