Position Overview: The Community Habilitation Program Supervisor at The Arc Ontario oversees the daily operations of assigned program sites by supervising DSPs, coordinating schedules, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting meaningful habilitation services that promote independence, community participation, and personal growth. The Program Supervisor also supports individuals through skill development, community outings, health and medication protocols, behavior plans, and daily routines while maintaining safe environments and positive relationships with families, team members, and community partners.
