Manage Azure integration services, including Service Bus, API Management (APIM), Storage Accounts, Internet of Things (IoT) Hub, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Key Vault, and Application Insights; monitor batch jobs, workflows, integrations, and application performance; investigate incidents and implement corrective actions. Manage technical delivery across concurrent client engagements, mentor team members, maintain reusable assets, and evaluate governance implications of emerging Power Platform capabilities, including Code Apps, the Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, and Copilot Studio agents.
