We are looking for an experienced farmer who is curious, observant, open-minded, and empirical—someone interested in working closely with ownership to evaluate new ideas, conduct practical on-farm trials, measure results, and incorporate what works into a successful commercial farming system. This is a senior, hands-on management position with substantial responsibility for the farm: crop planning, field operations, soil fertility, planting through harvest, equipment, managing crews, organic and food safety record management and compliance, and continuous improvement of our production systems.
