Build Partnerships and Represent the Department Develops collaborative relationships with county agencies, courts, schools, treatment providers, law enforcement, community organizations, and other stakeholders; represents the department through meetings, reports, presentations, court testimony, and collaborative problem-solving efforts as appropriate. Lead Daily Operations and Program Performance Plans, directs, and coordinates daily operations of assigned teams, including workload distribution, case assignments, staffing and coverage, operational priorities, reporting requirements, workflow, and use of operational resources.
