Collaborative expectations include coordination with continuum of care faculty to integrate aging-related neurologic conditions; shared teaching in acute care, rehabilitation, and interprofessional education; participation in laboratory instruction and clinical education; and development of simulation and clinical learning experiences spanning acute hospitalization through post-acute rehabilitation. Working within Hanover College’s hybrid educational model, the faculty member will engage students through asynchronous learning, synchronous instruction, simulation, and in-person laboratory immersion experiences designed to advance clinical reasoning, professional formation, and evidence-based patient management.
