As a key member of the GTM Productivity team, you will be responsible for designing the onboarding, training, and reinforcement programs that ensure our sales managers ramp quickly, lead their teams effectively, and drive consistent sales process across a rapidly growing global sales organization. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
