What you'll need: Experience & Education: 15+ years of software or data engineering experience (or 13+ years with a Master's degree) with a proven track record of designing, building, and operating distributed data platforms at enterprise scale. You will personally contribute code, prototypes, architecture, and operational improvements while setting technical direction across engineering, data, security, privacy, legal, risk, analytics, and product teams.
