Provide clinical psychiatric services, including evaluation and management services; counseling and/or coordination of care, prescription management, on-call services and all applicable documentation requirements to ensure adequate and quality services to identified individuals. Additional time for report organization, dictation, laboratory studies review, tardive dyskinesia screen (as indicated), prescription processing, review of any new medication (risks, indications, and side effects), ordering laboratory studies, editing (progress notes).
