The position primarily manages, tracks, reconciles, and oversees multiple appropriated funding streams, ensuring financial accountability, timely obligation of resources, and compliance with Department of War (DoW) and Army financial management policies. Serve as a senior financial execution subject matter expert responsible for monitoring, managing, and reconciling program funding across multiple appropriations, including Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E), Operations and Maintenance (OMA), and Procurement, as applicable.
