About the Role:The Technical Training Manager will be a key player in our continuous improvement strategy, responsible for developing, implementing, and managing technical training programs for our maintenance team. This role focuses on delivering best-in-class training to ensure our workforce is skilled, certified, and equipped to meet the high standards of aircraft maintenance.
