Work is performed in a shop environment, aircraft hangars, flight line, and shipboard that are moderately lighted, heated and ventilated to extreme weather conditions outside, is exposed to disagreeable fumes and to cuts and bruises from using tools in close placed and hazards of moving vehicles such as forklifts, sweepers, tow vehicles, and aircraft. Annual allotment in the form of a biweekly accrual as follows: 144 hours for 0-5 years of service, 184 hours for 5-10 years of service, 224 hours for 10-15 years of service, 264 hours for 15-20 years of service, and 272 hours for more than 20 years of service.
