Ambassadors will provide excellent customer service, to include greeting guest who visit the Information Booth or have questions at the airport, answering inbound calls, responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, troubleshooting any issues that are reported, and providing accurate information. Physical Requirements: Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying 25 pounds; visual acuity, speech, and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate office systems and equipment.
