HealthDrive delivers on-site primary/post-acute care, behavioral health, dentistry, optometry, podiatry, and audiology services to residents in long-term care, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. The APRN will also establish and build strong working relationships with administrators and staff throughout their designated building and will act as the primary point of contact for emergencies and routine medical visits.
