Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and/or other stakeholders at a technology, media, and telecommunications operations location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, access points, parking areas, utility infrastructure, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
