THE ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BUILDING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN ARE: Independently inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, geothermal, and building systems, including boilers, air handlers, chillers, rooftop units, makeup air units, ventilators, cabinet and unit heaters, ERVs, condensers, heat pumps, generators, air compressors, VAVs, pumps, overhead garage doors, fire alarm systems, indoor water features, and ice arena and field house equipment. Regularly inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide variety of mechanical systems, including boilers, air handlers, chillers, rooftop units, makeup air units, ventilators, unit heaters, ERVs, condensers, heat pumps, generators, air compressors, VAVs, pumps, garage doors, fire alarm systems, indoor water features, and specialized equipment at the ice arena and field house.
