Senior Entity Paralegal QTS Realty Trust, Inc.Senior Entity ParalegalOverland Park, KSThe role independently manages complex entity governance and corporate secretary activities, supports the integrity of QTS' REIT and subsidiary structure, and partners with Legal, Tax, Finance, Treasury, Accounting, Development, and other stakeholders on formations, reorganizations, transactions, compliance requirements, and strategic initiatives. Partner with attorneys, Tax, Finance, Treasury, and Accounting to evaluate proposed entity actions and help ensure formations, ownership changes, intercompany arrangements, reorganizations, and dissolutions are implemented consistently with the approved corporate and REIT structure.
