Highlights Healthcare is seeking aspiring BCBAs for our ABA Student Analyst Program. Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians who are appropriate for our Student Analyst Program will be enrolled in an accredited Master's program while working as part of our Highlights Healthcare team. Student Analysts are eligible for:<ul><li>Tuition Reimbursement Program</li><li>Training and BCBA Education Support</li><li>Payment for Restricted and Unrestricted Hours</li></ul>Who is Highlights Healthcare? Highlights Healthcare provides diagnosis and early intervention ABA therapy services for children with autism. We specialize in serving young learners and families with Medicaid benefits. We use evidenced-based ABA treatments to increase socially significant behavior. From diagnosis to early intervention, we provide innovative, evidence-based ABA therapy services to meet every child's specific needs in a way that feels more like play than work.What does a Student Analyst / Registered Behavior Technician do?<ul><li>Student Analysts receive additional education and support for their Master's level program completion. </li><li>Under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for the implementation of unique behavior plans developed by the BCBA for each individual learner.</li><li>During the sessions, the RBT may also collect data and conduct certain types of assessments.</li><li>RBTs work 1-on-1 with their assigned learners in addition to working in group sessions.</li><li>The RBT will have constant access to peers and supervisors to ensure that they can conduct each session with confidence and support</li></ul>What are the benefits of working as a Student Analyst / RBT for Highlights Healthcare?<ul><li>Hourly rate starting at $22.00/hour, commensurate with experience</li><li>Center-based services</li><li>Day shift schedule between 8 am and 6 pm</li><li>No evenings</li><li>Full-time options are available</li><li>Benefits for full-time employees include Paid Training, Paid Time Off (PTO), Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</li><li>Internal HHC Student Analyst program for career advancement (BCBA track)</li><li>Tuition Reimbursement for current RBTs enrolled in an ABA Master's program and actively enrolled in the HHC Student Analyst Program</li></ul>What are the minimum qualifications and requirements?<ul><li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li><li>Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field</li><li>A minimum of 1 year of experience in working with young children with special needs or behavioral challenges</li><li>Must have good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills</li><li>Must have a desire for continued learning opportunities and a willingness to embrace instruction and feedback</li><li>Must be able to successfully complete a criminal history background check</li><li>Must have reliable transportation and valid car insurance</li><li>Bilingual applicants highly preferred</li></ul>Highlights Healthcare, LLC is an equal opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants equally without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or Health insurance.COVID-19 considerations: HHC follows all applicable CDC guidelines.#INDHP

As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Highlights Healthcare, you will: <ul><li>Supervise ABA staff for our clients with consideration of dignity and privacy.  </li><li>Monitor the effectiveness of skill-building interventions utilizing ABA for children with autism.  </li><li>Conduct psychological analyses and diagnostic testing.</li><li>Provide supervision to ABA Behavior Technicians on staff.</li><li>Develop a child-specific behavior plan in accordance with the principles of ABA Therapy.</li><li>Develop and take on projects to improve client service and satisfaction.</li><li>Develop and take on projects to improve employee performance, retention, and satisfaction.</li><li>Develop quality initiatives that will improve referral source satisfaction, measured through volume, surveys, and other reporting methods.</li><li>Maintain knowledge of State and Federal specific laws, Tricare/Governmental programs, Medical Insurance Providers, Medicaid Waiver Programs and ensure compliance with regulations.</li><li>Promote the growth of Highlights Healthcare and assist in the pursuit of new business opportunities.</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Master's Degree from an accredited program in ABA or a related field.</li><li>Current BCBA Certification from the BACB.</li><li>Experience with programming, developing, and implementing intervention programs.</li><li>Must have a reliable car valid Driver's License, and proof of insurance.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work independently and produce high-quality results while handling competing priorities.</li><li>Ability to maintain positive learner and family interactions with a high degree of professionalism.</li><li>Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and related computer programs such as Central Reach.</li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain a clear criminal record/fingerprint clearance from the Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Investigation per HHC and/or program requirements.</li></ul>Highlights Healthcare, LLC is an equal opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants equally without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or Health insurance.COVID-19 considerations: HHC follows all applicable CDC guidelines. #INDBCBA
