In practice, this looks like: maintaining and troubleshooting BI dashboards and data pipelines (Power BI, Spotfire, forward curve/market data feeds), triaging and resolving data quality issues in partnership with IT Data Engineering, building and updating forecast models (e.g., NGL forecasting), and supporting broader Commodities data initiatives such as system migrations and reporting hierarchy build-outs. This side of the team is heavily focused on analytics infrastructure and cross-functional data work: building and maintaining BI dashboards (Power BI, Spotfire), owning data pipelines feeding forecasting and reporting tools, triaging data/BI issues with IT Data Engineering, and producing the reporting and analysis packages used by trading and leadership to track pricing, P&L, and market exposure.
