Plumbing - Education and experience must include building and maintaining water supply, piping, faucets, valves, back flow prevention, water heaters, waste and sewer systems, drains, pipe hangers and supports, traps, interceptors, cutting, threading and joining all types of pipe & lubing common in commercial buildings including compressed air and fluid delivery and dispensing equipment. Work safely and independently to perform a wide variety of skilled and unskilled duties related to troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of buildings, park and ride facilities, bus stops and related equipment in all areas of the division's responsibility, including: Carpentry (remodel and miscellaneous construction).
