Facilitate classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training for teller operations: cash handling, deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, cashier's checks, drive-through procedures, balancing, fraud awareness and other routine branch transactions. Develop and deliver curriculum and specialized training programs for Teller Ops staff, including onboarding plans, job aids, procedures, checklists, simulations, and practice exercises.
