Lead, coach, and develop Finished Goods Planners, Production Schedulers, and Toll Production Planners across multiple manufacturing locations, including performance management, development planning, cross-training, and succession planning. Partner with Operations, Customer Service, Demand Planning, Raw Material Planning, Procurement, Technical, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams to resolve constraints and improve end-to-end supply chain performance.
