Duties to include: The personnel shall start and power off all VTC/IPTV/AV equipment for sessions, conduct audio-visual checks prior to each conference, serve as primary VTC/IPTV/AV equipment operator for VTC conferences and other collaborative meetings, coordinate and implement recording and teleconferencing into sessions as required, and serve as initial responders to customer requests regarding VTC/IPTV/AV problems or issues.
