Reporting to the Internal Communications strategic lead for HR, you will translate communications strategy into coordinated campaigns that help employees understand their benefits, develop their careers, navigate change and connect with SAIC. Analyze email performance metrics, including delivery, opens, clicks and audience engagement, to identify opportunities to improve subject lines, content, calls to action, targeting, timing and frequency.
