General Summary/Responsibilities: The Director of Patient Financial Services is responsible for the management, direction and coordination of the following functions for Premier Health: Billing, Collections, Customer Service, HCAP/Self-Pay, Cash Posting, Refunds, Vendor Management, Medicaid Eligibility and Revenue Cycle Analytics. Must be able to collaborate and interact with all levels of management of the Premier Health including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Vice Presidents, and Directors to establish, implement and achieve the organization's philosophies, goals and objectives, and patient and employee satisfaction.
