Work functions require the physical ability and mobility to safely walk in active demolition sites and undeveloped project grounds, as well as to sit, stand, and ride in vehicles for long periods of time, as well as the physical ability and mobility to repeatedly push, pull and climb repeatedly, to access equipment, modify attachments, and control cabin. Significant hands-on experience performing selective, interior, commercial, industrial, or similar demolition work with demonstrated experience planning and executing demolition work involving multiple building materials, systems, equipment, and tool types, and changing site conditions.
