Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred) 5+ years of commercial construction experience managing budgets, schedules, and contracts Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, codes, and project documentation Proven ability to manage financial performance and client relationships Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills. This role oversees project budgets, schedules, contracts, design coordination, and procurement while working closely with superintendents, preconstruction teams, school stakeholders, subcontractors, and design partners to deliver safe, high‑quality learning spaces on time and within budget.
