What You'll Do: Draft high-quality accounting memos and analyses to support management's conclusions and obtain concurrence from external auditors, on topics such as business combinations, financing transactions, consolidation and joint ventures, investments, segment reporting, goodwill and intangible assets, derivatives and hedging, leases, stock-based compensation and internal-use software. Evaluate and operationalize the accounting for complex, non-routine transactions, including equity offerings, convertible debt issuance and settlement, supplier financing and data center, GPU, power and colocation agreements, and provide timely, strategic guidance to business partners on the accounting impact of proposed transactions.
