This role maintains and enhances Dynamic IRP capabilities, supports Plexos and other analytical tools, and translates model outputs into actionable insights. The Analyst ensures data accuracy, develops reporting solutions, and provides consistent, decision-ready analysis to support IRP development, regulatory needs, and internal portfolio evaluation.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Champions a corporate culture that emphasizes transparency, integrity, safety, environmental responsibility, employee development, sense of belonging, customer service, and operational excellence.</li><li>Prepare and validate data inputs to support resource planning models, aligned with corporate strategies and planning requirements.</li><li>Execute and support modeling runs, analytical evaluation and reporting, and refine results to support planning scenarios and decision-making.</li><li>Develop dashboards and reports to communicate planning scenarios, assumptions, and results to stakeholders including senior leadership and committee members</li><li>Translate model outputs into clear, actionable insights for the Resource Planning team and cross-functional partners.</li><li>Support ad hoc analysis and scenario updates to respond to evolving planning needs and stakeholder requests.</li><li>Maintain and enhance Dynamic IRP analytical capabilities and reporting tools.</li><li>Build proficiency in Plexos and other analytical platforms to support internal and external reporting.</li><li>Ensure consistency, accuracy, and traceability of data, assumptions, and analytical outputs.</li><li>Continuously improve analytical methods, tools, and individual capabilities to strengthen team effectiveness.</li></ul>QualificationsRequired Education, Skills & Experience<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering or related field and/or 7+ years of related experience.</li><li>Ability to negotiate and influence with a consultative approach</li><li>Strong knowledge of leading practices for their practice area</li><li>Willingness and ability to learn new technologies on the job</li><li>Demonstrated ability to communicate complex results to technical and non-technical audiences</li><li>Proficient at functioning effectively within a team environment, present ideas and opinions in a respective and collegial manner</li><li>Progression to this level is strictly restricted based on critical individual capabilities and business requirements; must be supported by market survey data.</li></ul>Key CompetenciesBEHAVIORAL<ul><li>Building Organizational Talent*</li><li>Building Partnerships</li><li>Leading Teams</li><li>Business Acumen</li><li>Communication</li><li>Courage</li><li>Building Self-Insight</li><li>Building Talent*</li><li>Driving for Results</li><li>Energizing the Organization</li><li>Driving Execution</li><li>Building Trusting Relationships</li><li>Driving Innovation</li><li>Planning and Organizing</li><li>Safety</li><li>Establishing Strategic Direction</li></ul>May perform other duties as needed.Salary dependent on experience, skills, education, and training.

Overview:
We are looking for Quality Analysts who will be working on-site at an industrial plant. Day and Night Positions. Full-Time Hours and Work Schedule. 

Responsibilities:
<div class="x_elementToProof">The job duties will be assisting at a manufacturing plant ensuring product quality and recording quality data. Must be able to operate a motorized pallet jack and will receive required training.</div>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>Must be very detail oriented.</li><li>Previous plant experience is a plus.</li></ul><div class="x_elementToProof">*Must pass pre-employment Drug test and Background screening*</div>

Essential Functions:
<ul><li>Must be able to operate and work around industrial equipment.</li><li>Must be able to walk up and down stairways to platforms.</li><li>Must be able to work up to 12-hour shifts.</li><li class="x_elementToProof">Must walk in pedestrian walkways (due to forklift traffic).</li><li>Must be able to recognize potential safety dangers around plant equipment and walkways.</li><li>Must be able to lift and move up to a 50-pound load.</li><li>Must be able to stand for long periods of time (majority of work will be conducted from a standing position).</li><li>Must be capable of walking the distance from the parking lot to the designated job area (maybe 1 mile+), in addition to walking throughout a large manufacturing plant during course of the day for required meetings and other required duties.</li><li>Must be able to pass a pre-employment Physical</li></ul>
