Success in this role depends on deep familiarity with inpatient workflows and how care is actually documented in the EHR, including flowsheet rows and templates, order sets and orderables, clinical notes, ADT and bed movement, results and charge capture, and the ability to translate that raw documentation into reliable measures and clear insight.
