Diagnose and complete repairs involving painting and touch-up work; drywall repair and patching; basic HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting; plumbing repairs, including fixtures, leaks, drains, and minor replacements; and electrical troubleshooting, lighting repairs, outlets, switches, and minor component replacement. This role is responsible for completing routine and corrective maintenance, supporting small improvement projects, responding to service requests, and helping ensure all properties remain safe, functional, and well maintained.
