This role supports all aspects of consumer lending — including Auto Loans, Signature Loans, Credit Cards, Home Equity Lines of Credit, loan add-ons, and indirect loan support — while ensuring timely communication, thorough documentation, and a strong commitment to member experience. • Work collaboratively with underwriters, MSRs, the call center, and branch leaders to resolve loan file issues, correct data errors, and move applications efficiently through to funding.
