This position coordinates the Orientation Leader, First Year Experience Leader, returning student leader, and Undergraduate Intern recruiting, hiring, training, and supervision as well as the coordination of any affiliated student leadership programs. Oversee the recruitment, selection, supervision and training of returning staff members, in addition to managing the recruitment, training and direct supervision of two undergraduate interns.
