Track, analyze, and understand key financial and operational information, including sales and cost performance, margin, labor productivity, inventory, WIP, bookings, throughput, turnaround time, cash flow, and other business/operations KPIs, Partner closely with Value Stream leaders, Operations, and site leadership to understand financial and operating performance, identify risks and opportunities, and work alongside the teams to drive improvement. As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will: Be a major stakeholder and driver of the annual Budget, quarterly Forecast, and weekly Flash processes, partnering with business leaders to understand and challenge underlying assumptions.
