To do this, they will work collaborative with colleagues across the organization, including other fundraisers, conservation staff and leadership, and finance partners to develop and implement effective multi-year donor strategies that include all the tools in a TNC fundraiser's toolbox, notably engagement with senior organizational leadership, written proposals, reports and other updates, site visits, and personalized visits.
