Ideally, per diem faculty work the equivalent of 20% to 49% including weekdays, weeknights, and/or weekends; shift can be clustered to fit scheduling needs. The overall case mix includes major abdominal, orthopedic, vascular, neurosurgical, ENT, and urologic cases, trauma, obstetrics, and non-operating-room anesthesia.
