You'll provide and maintain a basic set of hand tools, on hand within 30 days of your start date: 10'' and 6'' crescent wrenches, 9.5'' and 6.5'' channel lock pliers, needle-nose pliers, Phillips and flathead screwdrivers, nut driver set, Allen wrench set, socket wrench set, wire crimping tool with cutters, razor knife, hammer, putty knife, tape measure, thermometer, non-contact voltage tester, GFCI tester, multimeter, drill, and drill bits. You'll lead the maintenance team, run inspections, unit turns, vendors, and capital projects, and partner with the Community Manager to keep the property safe and ready for residents.
