Required Qualifications: 15+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction, 10+ years of mission critical or data center construction experience, proven success delivering ground-up data centre projects, strong knowledge of mission critical infrastructure, MEP systems, commissioning, and startup activities, experience coordinating large trade partner workforces and complex project logistics, ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and technical documents, strong understanding of quality control, safety management, scheduling, and productivity tracking, excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to build trust with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams, demonstrated problem-solving ability and ownership mentality.
