ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Responsible for overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion, reviewing the project schedule, deliverables, and estimate costs in-depth; Assigning and coordination of field inspection staff; Oversees all onsite and offsite construction activities and monitor compliance with the Contract specifications; Resolve any issues that arise from unforeseen conditions; Responsible for ensuring that project documentation is completed and submitted as required, and completes necessary project close-out; Interpretation of drawings and documents, and preparation of work order documents; Follows project safety protocol; All related duties as required to ensure the successful completion of assigned projects.
