Bachelor's degree in related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience; Extensive experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or Senior Developer with hands-on experience designing multi-cloud Salesforce solutions; Proven success in implementing and integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems; Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration tools (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, Informatica, MuleSoft, or Ethos); Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, data modeling, security, and development lifecycle management; Proficiency with release management tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Flosum; Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern DevOps practices; Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills; Salesforce Certified Application Architect; and.
