Working closely with product stakeholders, designers, consultants, and customers, this position participates in Agile development processes, oversees testing and feature delivery, provides technical support and end-user training, develops documentation, monitors product performance and user adoption, and helps drive continuous improvements that align technology solutions with business objectives. This role combines front-end software development, product support, and customer engagement by designing and maintaining application interfaces, dashboards, and data visualizations; integrating solutions with APIs and back-end services; and leveraging modern development tools, including AI-assisted coding platforms.
