Attend outreach, orientation, or onboarding events where assigned apprentices are present (employer-hosted open sessions, apprenticeship open houses, new student convocation, and similar); may deliver an introductory or orientation session directly to apprentices, virtually or in person. Identify and help resolve barriers to completion (transportation, childcare, academic difficulty, financial hardship) by referring through facilitation of apprentices to existing college resources (Single Stop, Tutoring, Financial Aid).
